Your First Visit
Typically, we schedule approximately 2 hours for a comprehensive New Patient adult visit and 1 hour for a child visit. This allows the necessary time for us to gather all diagnostic information (x-rays, charting, etc.), do a dental cleaning, Doctor examination, and establish a treatment plan. For very complex cases, a follow up visit may be required to review the treatment plan. In our practice, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, therefore, we require that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you must change your appointment so that we may offer that appointment to another patient (for Monday appointment changes, it is greatly appreciated to let us know by the previous Thursday).

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Our practice accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you have dental insurance, we will file your claim on your behalf for the maximum allowable benefit, however, you are responsible for any copays or amounts not covered by your insurance plan at the time of service. A detailed financial policy will be provided to you at your initial appointment. Financing options are available in our office through CareCredit. Our financial coordinator will be happy to assist you and answer any questions that you may have.
